History

The Vaccine Trials Group was formed in March 1999 to provide a coordinated approach to the development, delivery, assessment and promotion of vaccines and allergy treatments in the community. It is a combined unit involving the Telethon Institute for Child Health Research , Princess Margaret Hospital for Children and the University of Western Australia Department of Paediatrics and Child Health . The group has strong links with the Health Department of Western Australia and vaccine companies.
